NEXT REGULAR MEETINGS:

NOTE: The upcoming Russell Township Citizens' Park District (511) (RTCPD) Regular Meeting will be held on:

Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 4:00 PM

and will take place at the historic Russell Town Hall until further notice. 

RTCPD(511) 2025 Regular Meetings will take place on the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 PM at the historic Russell Town Hall at the corner of State Routes 87 & 306, 14890 Chillicothe Road (S.R. 306), Novelty, OH 44072 in Russell Township, until further notice.

The following Regular Meetings of the RTCPD (511) for 2025 will be held at 4:00 PM on:​​

  • Wednesday, October 15, 2025

  • Wednesday, November 19, 2025

  • Wednesday, December 17, 2025

For Questions or to Request Public Records:

Per the Ohio Public Records Act, "Any person can make a request for public records by asking a public office or person responsible for public records for specific, existing records. The requester may make a request in any manner the requester chooses: by phone, in person, or in an email or letter."

Once you have filled it out, please mail it to PO Box 123, Novelty, OH 44072, or email it to info@yourrussellparks.com, or make the request in person to the Fiscal Officer or Secretary (see the Ohio Public Records Act for more information).

Please be specific as to what records you are requesting, in order that we may serve you more quickly.
